Kiwi and Pineapple Blend

PREPARE INGREDIENTS

-    1 Pineapple, 1 kiwi
-    2 lemons
-    1 Ginger
-    3 Tbsp sugar
-    3 Tbsp desiccated coconut.

DETAIL RECIPE

-    Cut pineapple and kiwi to thin pieces, put all into a deep dish.
-    Fry lemon peels with desiccated coconut.
-    Mingle lemon juice, water and sugar
-    Pour the liquid into a pot, then boil with a piece of ginger.
-    Pour the cooled sauce on the fruit dish, put in to fridge for 1 hour, then enjoy.
-    Can replace kiwi and pineapple with other fruits.
