Easy and quick to prepare, this dish is widely popular among Vietnamese students or office workers.
1 packs Instant noodle
1/2 pound Beef
1/2 pound Bok-choy (Cai Chip)
1 Tbsp chopped ginger, 1tbsp chopped garlic
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp chili sauce
1 - Beef cut into thin slices, and then mix with blend with a dash of salt, chopped ginger, garlic and oil.
2 - Bok choy - wash and poach in boiled water.
3 - Instant noodle - poach in boiled water and drain.
4 - Heat oil over medium heat, stir-fry beef until it is half done and add in bok choy and instant noodle, stir well over high heat. Add soy sauce.
5 - Set noodle, bok choy and beef on a dish, add pepper and chili sauce.
