When you have enough of fried, stewed, stir-fried dishes, you can change your family meal by Stir-fried beef with bamboo sprout.
0.5 pound beef
1 pound fresh bamboo shoot
1 bunch of green onion, finely chopped
Dry garlic and ginger
1 - Peel garlic, ginger, wash then mince
2 - Rinse beef with cold water and cut into thin slices. Mix with seasoning powder, minced garlic and ginger.
3 - Wash fresh bamboo shoots and tear or chop into threads.
4 - Wash coriander and let it drain off
5 - Pour some cooking oil in a pan and heat over medium fire. Stir-fry beef over high heat nimbly. Ladle stir-fried beef out into a plate and stir-fry the prepared bamboo shoots. Put stir-fried beef in and stir thoroughly.
6 - Add spring onion and turn off the stove. Take stir-fried beef with bamboo shoots out into a plate and spread coriander on the surface to decorate. Add salt and pepper to taste.
* This dish is best served luke warm over steamed rice.
