Day 1: Arrive in Seam Reap (D)
Warmly welcome on arrival Siem Reap airport and transfer direct to hotel. Free. At leisure. Late afternoon you will take a TUK TUK drive to a pagoda to experience a Buddhist monk blessing and have a chance to learn of your future which is foreseen by the monk. After you change for Sarong/Kroma clothes, you will enjoy a cleaning ceremony with water. Tonight you will enjoy buffet dinner with Apsara performance at local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 2: Cooking Class - Cycling at Rolous Group (B, L)
Today you will visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12 century) including: the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the Ocean of Milk), the Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Then you will have lunch at a local restaurant
In the afternoon, you will visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th Century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classic Khmer art and architecture. You’ll stay overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 3: Angkor Complex Tour (B, L)
Continue your visit to the stunning royal city Angkor Thom. Enjoy an elephant ride from the South gate to the main complex. Start to explore the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King.
Afternoon is time to visit the architectural masterpiece of Angkor Wat, strolling around this massive monument, exploring the galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple. Enjoy balloon ride (if weather permits), which rises 200 meters and offer you a bird's-eye view of the magnificent Angkor temples, Western Barray and Great Tonle Sap Lake. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 4: Departure (B, L)
In the morning you drive to visit the famous Banteay Srei (Citadel of Women) about 30 km from Siem Reap town and then back to visit the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. Exploring this masterpiece as well as some of the surrounding temples including Banteay Kdei and Kravan temple. Lunch at local restaurant then you are back to hotel. Free until transfer to airport for departure
