      Long Neck Karen Village: Your first destination is the Long Neck Karen Village, which you'll reach by taking a boat ride along the serene Pai River. Here, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn about the Long Neck Karen people's way of life and their distinctive tradition of wearing brass rings, which give them their name.

      Upon arriving at the Karen village, a local guide will lead you through a workshop on coffee production. You'll have the chance to learn and participate in every step of the process, from roasting and winnowing to grinding the hand-picked coffee beans. After your hands-on experience, you'll sit down to savor the fresh coffee you've created. During this time, your Karen hosts will share the inspiring story of how the coffee project was established to replace the opium trade, providing villagers with a sustainable livelihood and reducing drug use and its associated issues.

      Following the coffee workshop, you'll embark on a two-hour trek along nature trails that meander through picturesque emerald paddy fields and lush rice terraces. Along the way, you'll take a break at Pha Dok Seaw Waterfall to relax and appreciate the natural beauty of the area.

      After the trek, you'll arrive at the Royal Project, which shares a similar purpose with the coffee plantations.     • Your day of exploration in Chiang Mai begins with a memorable journey to some of the city's highlights, all while minimizing your carbon footprint by traveling aboard a traditional Thai rickshaw.

      Your adventure starts around 08:30 as you depart from your hotel. Your first destination is Doi Suthep, home to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, one of the holiest shrines in northern Thailand. You have two options to reach the temple: brave the climb up the steep staircase or opt for a gentler ride on the funicular train located adjacent to the stair pathway. Regardless of your choice, the panoramic views from the mountain's summit are breathtaking. Explore the temple and soak in the spiritual atmosphere.

      After your visit to Doi Suthep, you'll descend the mountain by car and head to Sala Lanna, a charming riverside restaurant. Here, you can indulge in a delicious lunch in a tranquil and picturesque setting, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate.

      In the afternoon, your adventure continues as you swap your car for a traditional Thai rickshaw, a mode of transportation that has been used in Thailand for over six decades.

      At approximately 08:30, your tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Chiang Rai, setting the stage for your day of exploration.

      Embark on a scenic journey through narrow roads that wind through the picturesque landscape as you make your way to Doi Tung mountain. Along the way, you'll have the chance to visit traditional Lahu and Akha villages, providing insight into the local cultures and traditions.

      Arrive at the Golden Triangle viewpoint, a location offering breathtaking vistas where Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar converge. Take in the stunning panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see.

      In the afternoon you will board a boat to cruise along the scenic Mekong River, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. In the distance, you'll catch glimpses of several temples as you sail.
