Day 1: Ho Chi Minh - arrival (-)
- Arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, your guide will welcome you then transfer to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City
  Check-in time is at 14:00 daily (Early check-in comes with an extra charge).

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh - Hoi An (B/L)
- At 08:00 AM, take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the two Indochina wars.
  
  12:00 PM: Transfer back your hotel or meeting point. Finish the trip. We will then fly to Hoi An via Da Nang. Upon arrival, your family will be transferred to the hotel in Hoi An for check-in. Have a relaxing time in this romantic town.
Day 3: Hoi An - Tra Que herbal village (B/L)
- Our tour begins at either 8:00 AM or 2:00 PM when our guide meets you in the hotel lobby. From there, we'll hop on bicycles and head to Hoi An's vibrant central market. Here, you'll have the chance to engage with local vendors and gain insights into the ingredients we'll use in our upcoming cooking lesson. Don't forget your camera for this colorful experience.
  
  Continuing our bike ride, we'll reach Tra Que vegetable village, where our cooking class awaits. Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink before taking a leisurely stroll through the lush vegetable gardens. Here, you'll witness local farmers tending to their fields using age-old, traditional methods—no modern machinery in sight.
  
  Relaxation follows in the form of a soothing foot herbal massage. Afterward, it's time to put on your chef's hat and apron. We'll head to the restaurant, where, under the chef's guidance, you'll learn the time-honored techniques of preparing and cooking Vietnamese cuisine.
  
  Once the lesson is complete, savor the delicious meal you've prepared. Our culinary adventure concludes with a return to your Hoi An hotel, leaving you with a memorable experience of Vietnam's rich culinary traditions.
  
  Back to your hotel for a short rest, before having a fun family bonding time in a Lantern Making Workshop. Choose a 3 hours class for making a lantern from the scratch or 1.5 hours for only covering a pre-made frame. Create together traditional lantern to bring back home as souvenirs!
  
  Note: The whole family, even those as young as three years old, can take part in this unusual and enjoyable activity.
Day 4: Hoi An - Hue (B/L)
- Depart Hoi An for the scenic mountainous drive to Hue. Stop at the dramatic Hai Van Pass, the dizzying dividing line between the climate zones of North and South Vietnam, to admire the spectacular views. After stopping in the fishing village of Lang Co for a drink, spend the afternoon on a leisurely walking tour through Vietnam’s ancient capital city, visiting the Thien Mu Pagoda, Royal Citadel, and the Mausoleum of King Tu Duc (a replica of the king’s palace built for the next reincarnation of the king).

Day 5: Hue - Hanoi arrival (PC/B)
- This 5th day of your Vietnam Hike, Bike & Kayak with Family will see you flying from Hue to the capital of Vietnam's time capsule. You'll quickly fall in love with Hanoi thanks to its incredible combination of French, Chinese, and Vietnamese influences.
  
  Consider later strolling to the well-known Train Street for an egg coffee or viewing the oddball performances at the Water Puppet Theater.

Day 6, 7: Hanoi- Mai Chau (B/L)
- Daily life in Mai Chau starts early, and the valley is at its most splendid in the early morning light as farmers make their way out into their fields. Experiencing this morning routine is the perfect opportunity to understand the hard working nature of life in Mai Chai, before enjoying breakfast with your host family and getting ready for today’s trek. You’ll start out by heading to the villages of Na Mo and Na Meo in the morning, where you can get a deeper insight into their culture and customs, before heading back to the homestay for lunch. After lunch you have some time to relax before we depart for Hanoi at 14:30, arriving at around 18:00.
Day 8: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)
- Day 8 of your Vietnam Hike, Bike & Kayak with Family and you still discover how tasty breakfast can be here! But it is time to drive to Halong Bay, one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites with its famous and spectacular seascape. Embark on the cruise with a fresh welcome drink as the itinerary and safety instructions are given to you. Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch served on board while leisurely cruising across hypnotic scenery of limestone islands.
  
  In the afternoon, explore Halong Bay by taking part in a variety of fun activities: kayaking, swimming in jade-colored waters, and exploring the caves (follow the cruise program). After activities, go back to the ship and unwind on the sundeck while enjoying the breathtaking sunset views. Or maybe your kids would prefer to enroll in a culinary class?
  Eat dinner together, evening activities and night on board.
Day 9: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L)
- Remember to wake up early to enjoy the blazing dawn on the karst peaks. Then join a Tai Chi class to boost your physical and mental wellbeing. Breakfast is served while the cruise passes a marvelous area with beautiful islands and islets. Then, depending on your cruise program, you might get the option to take a kayaking or rowing boat tour through one of the many breathtaking caverns in Halong Bay.
  
  it is already time to return on board to complete the check-out procedure. Enjoy a delicious brunch while the cruise returns to the pier.
  
  Finally, disembark from the cruise to the transfer to hotel in Hanoi.
Day 10: Hanoi departure (B)
- Your Vietnam Hike, Bike & Kayak with Family come to an end, enjoy together some leisure time before transfer to Noi Bai airport for your onward flight.
